A small Dubai-based service for online Nol top-ups
Who we are
NolDubaiCard Services FZ-LLC is a Dubai-registered company at 2, 49th Street. We were set up in 2023 by a team of three locals who got tired of standing in kiosk queues before work and wanted a simple browser-based way to top up a Nol card from a phone.
We are a private intermediary. We are not the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (rta) — they issue, validate and price the cards; we just route a top-up request through the standard rails.
What we do
We accept a 16-digit Nol card serial and a top-up amount in AED, route the payment through a familiar card checkout, and confirm in writing once the credit has landed on the card. The whole interaction is two fields and a payment page.
We do not issue cards, replace lost cards, change photos on Blue cards, dispute trips or refund journeys already taken. Those matters belong with the issuer and we will direct you to the correct channel if you ask.
Our position relative to the issuer
The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (rta) operates the Nol card system, the gates, the readers, the fare table and the customer-service desks at metro stations. Most apps available for Nol top-ups are run by the issuer or by partners attached to the issuer.
We are not such a partner. We are a private intermediary that takes a request and routes it through the standard rails. The footer of every page on this site carries our trade name, address and route to verification, exactly so a careful rider can check who they are dealing with.
Why a separate service
The kiosks and most apps still assume you are within walking distance of a metro station, can read English-only menus, and are happy to install another app. Many Dubai riders are not. The point of this service is to keep the entire flow on the open web, in EN and AR, with no install and no extra account.
For the same reason we keep the form to two fields: the public 16-digit serial and the amount. Anything more would be friction we do not need.
