Privacy notice

This is the privacy notice for the website noldubaicard.org, run by NolDubaiCard Services FZ-LLC, a Dubai-registered company at 2, 49th Street, PO Box 38211. The data controller is the same legal entity.

What we collect on this site

This site itself collects only what the top-up form gathers:

• The 16-digit Nol card serial you typed (the number printed on the back of the card).
• The amount in AED you requested.
• A short order reference we generate for our records (for example, ORD-7421).

We do not collect your name, your phone, your email or your photo on this site. The card payment itself happens on a separate domain and we do not see your card number on this site.

Why we collect it

The Nol serial is required to know which card to top up. The amount is required to know how much credit to load. The order reference exists so you can refer to the request later — for example to cancel it before it lands or to ask us about it after.

Where we keep it

Order records are kept on systems hosted in the United Arab Emirates and the European Union. We keep them for 24 months from the date of the top-up, after which they are deleted in a routine sweep.

Who we share it with

We share the order summary with the issuer of the Nol card (the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai) so the load lands on the right card. We share the payment summary with our card-payment processor so the charge can be settled. We do not share your data with advertisers, brokers or analytics vendors.

Your rights

Under UAE privacy law (PDPL) and, where applicable, the European GDPR, you can ask us for a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@noldubaicard.org with the order reference and we reply within thirty calendar days.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice in any way that affects your rights, we will publish the change on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for thirty days.
