What people ask before they hand over a card serial

Are you the transport authority of Dubai?

No. We are NolDubaiCard Services FZ-LLC, a private Dubai-registered company. The Nol card is issued and run by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (rta) — for issuance, replacement and fare matters please go through their channels directly.

What data do you keep about me?

Only what the form collects: the public 16-digit Nol serial, the amount you requested, and a short order reference we generate. The card payment itself happens on a separate domain and we do not see your card number on this site.

Why is the website on a different domain than the issuer?

Because we are a separate company. We are a private intermediary. The website footer carries our trade name, address and trade-license route in case you want to verify us.

Do you charge a service fee?

Service fees, if any, are agreed in writing before any movement. They are shown on the payment page in the order summary. We do not run hidden charges.

Which Nol products can I top up here?

The three e-purse cards: Silver, Gold and Blue. The Red Nol ticket is a paper product loaded by trip pack at metro vending machines, not online.

Which payment cards do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard, 16-digit numbers. Other brands (Amex, JCB, Discover) are not supported on this site.

Is there a mobile app?

No. Everything works in the browser — there is no app to install. The interface is responsive on phones and we keep the form to two fields so that the entire flow fits on a single thumb-reach screen.

How long until the credit lands on my card?

Most requests finalise within minutes during business hours. Out-of-hours requests are handled the following morning. The new balance becomes available on the next tap-on at a reader.

Can I cancel a request after submitting?

Yes — as long as the load has not yet been finalised on the card. Reply on WhatsApp or email the support address with the order reference; we cancel and refund. After the load lands, the refund policy applies.

Do you have a physical office?

Yes — 2, 49th Street, Dubai. The contact page has the OpenStreetMap pin and walk-in hours. Most riders never need to come in, but the door is open if you want a face.
