Terms of service
These terms govern your use of noldubaicard.org (the "site") and the top-up service operated by NolDubaiCard Services FZ-LLC (the "company", "we", "us"). By submitting a top-up request you accept these terms.
Who we are
NolDubaiCard Services FZ-LLC is a Dubai-registered company with its principal place of business at 2, 49th Street, PO Box 38211, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are a private intermediary. We are not the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (rta) and we are not affiliated with the issuer.
What we do
We accept a Nol card serial and a requested top-up amount, route the load through the standard rails, and confirm in writing once the credit has landed on the card.
What we do not do
We do not issue Nol cards, replace lost cards, change the photo on a Blue card, dispute a tap, or refund a journey already taken. Those matters belong with the issuer.
Your obligations
- You confirm you are the lawful holder of the Nol card you submit a serial for, or you act on the holder's instructions.
- You confirm the payment instrument you use on the secure payment page is yours.
- You are above the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Our obligations
- We acknowledge every top-up request in writing within minutes during business hours.
- We route every top-up through the issuer's standard rails, not through informal channels.
- We refund any request that fails to land on the card.
Service fees
Service fees, if any, are agreed in writing before any movement and shown on the payment page in the order summary. We do not run hidden charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel any request that has not yet been finalised on the card. Reply on WhatsApp or email support@noldubaicard.org with the order reference; we cancel and refund. After the load lands, the refund policy applies.
Limitations of liability
We are liable for our own faults, capped at the value of the requested top-up. We are not liable for delays at the issuer's end, for travel disruption, or for the holder's misuse of the card.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes arising under them.
